Copyleft: SIAE riconosce diffusione musicale pubblica senza compenso
(StudioCelentano.it) - ROMA - Nei giorni scorsi, per la prima volta in Italia, la Siae con liberatoria a tempo indeterminato ha riconosciuto la possibilita' della diffusione pubblica di musica d'ambiente all'interno di un locale commerciale, senza compenso, in virtu' dell'utilizzo delle licenze copyleft (Creative Commons, Art Libre, Copyzero x, Clausola Copyleft) o di pubblico dominio.

Grazie anche all'operato di Ermanno Pandoli che ha rappresentato l'esercizio commerciale presso la Siae, all'interno di una gelateria nel cuore di Trastevere -attraverso uno spazio multimediale (monitor, impianto stereofonico, sistema operativo Linux e software libero)- vengono diffuse opere audio, visive e letterarie rilasciate con licenze copyleft. Gli autori interessati a esporre possono segnalare le proprie opere attraverso i gruppi di competenza di frontieredigitali.net.
